MELEK DANTEL (GORENLER TEKSTIL) was founded in 1997 in Istanbul as a producer and trader of warp knitted all over lace,lace bands and jacquard raschel fabrics for outwear and lingerie. It was relocated to its new factory site with a 9000 m2 closed area in Corlu, 100 km western of Istanbul in 1999.Completed the first major phase of investment on fully electronic jacquard raschel machines produced by Karl Mayer (Germany) by the end of 2007 and reached the capacity of 65 tones of warp knitted fabrics (roughly 1 milllion square meters depending on the avarage linear weight).

Then in year 2010 jacquardtronic and multibar lace machines again from Karl Mayer were purchased and installed meaning an additional all over lace fabrics and bands capacity of 22-25 tones monthly.

Melek Dantel has an expert team which is experienced on lace, corded lace and raschel fabric production. Our products are made of polyamide, poliester/micro poliester, viscose with or without elasthane.

Our brand (MELEK DANTEL) is currently sold to Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, U.K., Belgium, Greece, Ukraine, Poland, Morocco and Tunisia.

It keeps raw and dyed fabrics in its stocks in order to offer the fabrics it produces to its customers operating in the fields of Women - Men - Baby - Children's wear, Home textiles and Accessories (Shawls, Bandas, Bags, Shoes) for 12 months without interruption. For customers with color requests other than stocked colors, a minimum of 300 mt. Pantone color studies are also among the services offered.

Serva Fabric also provides a wide range of services in printing technologies. In rotational pigment (3 Colors) printing technologies, a minimum of 100 meters per day. – maximum 15.000 mt., minimum 50 mt. per day for Digital Cotton Pigment (16.500 Color) printing technologies. – maximum 500 meters. It has production capacity. The inks used in printing technologies are OEKO-TEX®- (GOTS) Global Organic Textile Standard certified at world standards.

Serva Fabric guarantees sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric production with its certified fabrics. In order to present the special designs dreamed by its customers with the most vivid and lasting colors, it brings a variety of fabrics, which are tested for harmful substances and subjected to ecological quality controls, to the textile industry. All chemical suppliers carry out their production, transportation and storage activities in accordance with REACH standards.

One of the milestones of Yılmazipek is its venture into the production of silk stockings in 1945. Parachute fabric production for Turkish Aeronautical Association is yet another "first" in 1974. 1994 marks the end of the "hand loom" era and ushers in the new generation textile technology. Its dedication to innovation not merely as a catchword but with a strong commitment to sustainability, brings Yılmazipek the distinction of becoming the first ISO 9001 certified textile company in Bursa. The quest for being always on the leading edge accelerates further in 2010 when the company begins producing finished fabrics under PASTEL BY YILMAZİPEK^® brand, followed by setting up its own dyehouse in 2013. New collections created in 2017 using exclusive fillsens^® yarn ranks among the most environment friendly fabrics of the world. In 2019 famous fashion houses start to imprint fillsens^® together with their own names on the tags of the garments they produce using this uniquely sustainable fabric. In the same year Yılmazipek fulfils the requirements of FSC^® and becomes the first fabric company to obtain this prestigious certificate in Bursa. Finally, in 2020 the new family member reborn^® range, comprising fabrics made of recycled polyester and polyamide materials, becomes the latest link in Yılmazipek's long chain of sustainable innovations.
